What is the Helpdesk?
We provide a "one number" telephone Helpdesk which can be accessed
by all schools and is available on a 24/7 basis. It represents a single
point of contact for schools to report both FM and ICT related problems
(or service failures). There after these problems require to be rectified
within pre-agreed periods of time. Failure to meet these rectification
times results in the Council applying penalty deductions from our payments.
