Who owns the school buildings? Glasgow City Council owns all the school buildings. They are leased to 3ED for the duration of the contract so that 3ED can provide services in them. After the 30-year contract has been completed in 2030, the school buildings will revert back to Glasgow City Council. There are strict provisions which deal with the condition in which 3ED must hand back the estate.
